That’s why we maintain an infrastructure that minimizes service interruptions through the following:

    • 24×7 Network Operations Center
    • Multiple redundant and diverse paths to the Internet
    • Border Gateway Protocol (BGP4) processes to ensure continuous availability
    • Active monitoring of all dedicated T1 and DSL circuits
    • Automatic failover solutions
    • Fully-stocked parts inventory for immediate repairs and/or replacements
    • Internet service activated within four hours for select midtown-Manhattan locations

Very High Speed Internet—a variety of high speed Internet connectivity solutions, such as OC3, DS3, Ethernet, T1, DSL. We can also combine any of these services into a fault tolerant system with aggregate bandwidth much higher than any single link.

Dedicated T1 connections—full 1536k x 1536k bandwidth with leased line reliability, BGP4 and failover links, and the opportunity to utilize VoIP services.

Mutiple Connections—used to meet each client’s bandwidth requirements (including backup). Routing is provided so that traffic enters through one connection, and exits through another: if one connection fails, another takes over. This also provides total path diversity since our connections can terminate in a variety of physical access points.

High Speed Routed DSL—high speed routed DSL connections for all the computers in your office to access the Internet, at speeds ranging from 160K to 1.5Mbps. All DSL connections include routable IP addresses.

Long Range Ethernet—long range Ethernet (“LRE”) connections for all the computers in your office to access the Internet, at speeds ranging from 1.5Mbps to 15Mbps. All such connections include public IP addresses.

Fixed, Public IP Addresses—fixed public IP addresses so that you can host your own servers and have remote access and VPN.

Reliable Connection—a reliable connection with a single point of contact and no finger pointing when there’s a problem.

Spam Filtering—Our highly effective spam filters eliminate approximately 98% of all incoming spam.

Virtual Private Networks—replace WAN frame networks with a fully secure, less expansive virtual private network. Options include L2TP, IPSEC and PPTP.

Fault Tolerant Connections for Maximum Reliability—Even though T1 connections are highly reliable, failures inevitably occur. We’ve optimized our services to minimize the outages.
